2. Who Can Use Avdhara

Avdhara's services are for adults aged 18 and above, primarily parents, guardians, and educators. Our website and content are not directed at children. Parents are responsible for any use of Avdhara services in their household.

3. Our Content

All content on avdhara.com, including articles, frameworks, illustrations, the Shiksha character, the 9 Petals Framework, the Mandala Method, and all related materials, is the intellectual property of Avdhara Living Education.

You may:

• Read and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use
• Quote brief passages with clear attribution to Avdhara

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce our content for commercial use
• Create derivative works without written permission
• Use the Shiksha character or Avdhara brand assets without written permission
• Claim our frameworks or philosophy as your own

4. Waitlist and Communications

When you join our waitlist or subscribe to the Parent Journal:

• You agree to receive communications from Avdhara related to your subscription
• You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email
• We will never send more than one email per week
• We will never share your email with third parties for marketing

5. Parent Stories and Community Content

If you submit a story or content to Avdhara:

• You confirm the story is true and is your own experience
• You grant Avdhara permission to publish it on the website and in community materials
• We will never publish your surname, your child's name, or any identifying details without explicit written permission
• You can request removal of your story at any time by emailing info@avdhara.com

6. Disclaimer

Avdhara provides educational philosophy, parenting guidance, and developmental frameworks for informational purposes. Our content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If your child has specific developmental, medical, or behavioural needs, please consult a qualified professional.

7. Limitation of Liability

Avdhara Living Education is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for our services in the preceding 12 months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email to subscribers. Continued use of Avdhara services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
