Do I need to know which pathway my child is in before I write?

No. Tell us your child's age and what you are noticing, and we will point you to the right season. The six pathways run from 2 to 16, and each pathway page explains what that age is building and how to help at home.

How quickly will I hear back?

Within two business days, usually sooner. A message sent on a Friday evening is read on Monday. If something needs longer than that, we say so in the first reply rather than leaving you waiting.

Will I receive marketing emails after I contact you?

No. Writing to us does not add you to any list. The only emails you receive are our replies to you. The weekly Journal digest is a separate, opt-in subscription that you can leave at any time.

What if my question is about my own child specifically?

Ask it. We do not give medical, psychological or clinical advice, and we will say so plainly if a question needs a paediatrician or a specialist. What we can do is explain what is usual for an age, what tends to help at home, and where in the Journal to read further.

How do I join a Parent Circle or reserve a place at a gathering?

From the Parent Circles page. Open a Circle and choose Join, or reserve a place at an upcoming gathering. Each asks for a name, an email and a WhatsApp number, and a person confirms it with you.

Most messages come from parents of children aged 2 to 16 who are weighing something up: whether Avdhara fits their child, what a pathway involves, or how a Parent Circle runs. Any of those is a good reason to write. So is a question we have not thought of yet.
